EDMOND, OKLA., Feb. 8, 2023 – Arledge announced a new addition to the firm today along with two promotions.
David Mayfield has joined the firm as a partner. Kency Duarte has been promoted to partner and Abigail Cosby has been promoted to senior associate.
Mayfield will oversee client accounting services, including outsourced bookkeeping, controllership and fractional CFO engagements. Mayfield brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the role, including corporate CFO roles and as a small business owner. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.
Duarte, who previously served as senior assurance manager in the firm,holds a business administration degree in accounting from Alabama A&M University. He is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants’ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee, in addition to the Association of Latino Professionals For America and the Oklahoma City Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Cosby has been promoted from staff account II to senior associate. Cosby earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree as a Maples Scholar and a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Oklahoma.
