Posting and processing A/R, A/P and Payroll transactions.
Periodic bank, A/R, A/P, and other balance sheet account reconciliations.
Create and maintain depreciation and amortization schedules, debt amortization schedules, and other supporting schedules.
Perform the interim and year-end closing process.
Perform payroll and sales tax services including required filing.
Prepare basic financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, & Cash Flow
Statement).
Qualifications:

Manages projects as assigned and in conjunction with other departments providing additional services
Completes a minimum of 40 hours CPE

Prepare and/or review federal and state income tax returns, quarterly estimates, and tax provisions.
Participate in client meetings and engagements by providing corporate, partnership and individual tax services; devise, plan and execute tax strategies and research potential tax issues.
Research and respond to state, local, and federal tax authorities to resolve tax issues.
Provide training, leadership, and supervision to Tax Staff.

Utilize firm determined processes and procedures and firm tracking systems to ensure all data is entered, correct and up to date. Release of electronic returns to government entities. Client contact and follow up to obtain signatures and delivery of returns. Maintain and track status of tax projects and returns, communicate status. Assist in the timely management of all communications with a variety of people, whether written, via telephone, or e-mail. Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, initiative, and independence in supporting a wide variety of complex issues among diverse groups of people within the organization. Work independently or assist in gathering data and assembling it appropriately for use in meetings. Interact with clients by phone and compose correspondence by email.
