Basic Purpose: Prepare and review Federal and State income tax returns. Must be an adaptable self-starter with ability to work independently and with co-workers. Responsibilities: Prepare and/or review federal and state income tax returns, quarterly estimates, and tax provisions. Participate in client meetings and engagements by providing corporate, partnership and individual tax services; devise, plan and execute tax strategies and research potential tax issues. Salary Range: $55K-$60K DOE Job Description Reconciles cash accounts with bank statements. Maintains fixed asset and related depreciation schedules. Maintains and allocate prepaid accounts. Prepares account analysis and reconciliations. Assists with accounts payable functions including but not limited to verifying invoices, expense reports, check requests, and purchase requisitions, entering data into the accounts payable system and processing periodic check runs. Assists with accounts receivable functions including but not limited to applying payments to appropriate accounts, monthly invoicing, reconciling customer accounts and handling client inquiries. Analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts. Prepares periodic client financial statements. Assists with, prepares and/or submits client payroll on various systems. Sales tax reporting.
