Firm History
Our firm was founded as Arledge & Associates in 1983 by John Arledge. He retired in 2007 but remained an active part of the office. Although John passed away in March 2020, his legacy lives on through his commitment to service. Arledge continues with those same lived values of excellence and commitment as its foundation.
Throughout our more than four decades of service, we have added staff, experienced significant growth, and maintained our founder’s vision, in service to our clients and community.
That commitment begins with our standards, RISE: We reach. We illuminate. We seek. We engage. These are the standards with which we approach doing business in Oklahoma.
